Hey duders! From time to time I like to get y'alls opinions of some of the jams that everyone is talking about... so let's talk music. 

Skrillex is celebrating the New Year with a music video for the track, "Summit". The song also features Skrillex’s ex-girlfriend Ms. Ellie Goulding, who unfortunately does not turn up in the music video. 

Instead the video is clip after clip of pyro partygoers skateboarding, playing with sparklers, and generally running amuck -- all while occasionally looking deep into the camera. Normally this kind of thing would grind my gears, but it’s Skrillex so it works. Pilerats, who are known for their unique visual art in digital video, produced the video. Pretty cool. While I don’t think this video will get any MTV VMA nominations, it’s entertaining to watch and I love the song.
