Tegan and Sara’s latest album Heartthrob will hit stores January 29th, and today the Canadian duo dropped a new single “I Was A Fool.” I must say this song is amazing. The story is relatable and musically it’s dynamic and beautiful. The twin sisters have always had a unique sound, which has evolved over the years -- but remains recognizable as a Tegan and Sara.
The song tells the story of hanging around and fighting for love that has already been lost. Struggling to make something work and being completely devoted, even as it’s falling apart. The girls give more insight on "I Was A Fool" here.
